Vanity Fair's Editor-in-Chief, Radhika Jones, appeared on The Skimm podcast to discuss leadership and what she wants her legacy to be at the brand.

Jones discussed how she navigated her early days at Vanity Fair, after taking over from her predecesor who had been in the role for 25 years. She shares how she learned to run a business meeting – by working with college kids in a classroom – as well as what her leadership style is and how she knew it was working. Jones also shared how she explains her vision to Vanity Fair's team members and the best ways of working with a new team.
